Castro Valley Hayward Storage has been a locally owned business since 1990. It is professionally managed by Cubix Asset Management. They oversee a staff of 8 on-site and assistant managers.
Castro Valley Hayward Storage began with the purchase of 2489 Grove Way. The facility was in need of significant upgrades in management, security, and housekeeping. After nearly a year of work, the facility had a new look that was clean and inviting. Over the years, constant upgrades have been made to improve security, safety, and operations. Twenty years later, the original Castro Valley Hayward Storage is better than ever with recent upgrades to a second-generation digital video security system, new exterior lighting, and attractive landscaping.
In 2002, a new facility was constructed at 2457 Grove Way. At this time, the name of the company was changed to Castro Valley Hayward Storage, and while this was quite a mouthful for some people, it was felt that it reflected our core market of the Castro Valley and Hayward area. The new facility was built with many convenient features like two oversized elevators, driveways that can accommodate large trucks, all digital security systems, and oversized units for commercial customers. The facility was well received by the community, and despite a difficult economic market, it filled up in a very short time.
Today Castro Valley Hayward Storage continues to look for ways to improve our facilities and our customer experience. We strive to have the friendliest, most professional staff, and the cleanest, most secure facilities in the area. Our staff members are picked for their enthusiasm and storage know-how and are trained to a high degree to give the best customer service experience.
