Martell Graggs at Castro Valley storage is awesome. I had to rent 2 storage units and he took good care of me both times and is very professional. The facility is secure, safe with cameras everywhere, they constantly monitor the building and you don’t have to worry about anyone breaking in.

Service is always great here. The staff are always willing to work with you, helpful, polite and respectful. I also feel confident that my items in storage here are well protected with several layers of security.

New to this but ... So much better than Extra Space Storage. Not a uber corporation which is constantly raising rent, Bay Area Consumer Checkbook now advises people to sell or dump everything because storage rent costs are so high. Here rent is considerably less. When shown the property, manager Martel didn't complain, documents were easy, terms clear, place is much cleaner and better maintained (compare it to Public Storage next door), bathroom during business hours. They have a moving van to help get you in.
