I highly recommend Castro Valley Hayward Storage. I had 2 units over the last 18 months while we remodeled our house. Accessibility was great, the place was always clean and well lit, and I felt welcome whenever I went there.

My husband, mother in law and I had such a great experience at this storage facility. Martel was incredible, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make the process simple and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we had exactly what I needed. The property is very clean, secure, and well cared for, which gave me total peace of mind. Martel’s professionalism and genuine care for customers really stood out. It’s rare to find customer service this consistent and dependable these days! We highly recommend this location and can’t thank Martel enough for all his help!

I loved this storage! I used to use Public Storage and they just got too expensive. Thankfully Castro valley storage was right next door. Very affordable, clean, and big on security! I just moved out of the storage because I just moved into a bigger home! I’m so thankful for the this storage and how accommodating they are. Also, the manager is awesome and very helpful/knowledgable! I would definitely rent storage again if I need to and recommend to anyone!
