  Fran, General Manager

Fran joined Castro Valley Hayward Storage in 1992 as an assistant manager and was promoted to resident manager within a year and a half. In 2003 our 2nd facility in Castro Valley was built and in 2005 our 3rd facility in Hayward was acquired, prompting the evolution of Fran’s position to General manager.

  Leigh, Resident Manager

Leigh has been with Castro Valley Hayward Storage since 2005 as a Resident Manager with over 18 years of experience in the self storage industry. Leigh's past experience includes over 20 years of professional automotive experience with a few years spent in the general construction business.

  Martel, Resident Manager

Martel has been in customer relations for over 10 years and came on board in July 2008. He started as an assistant manager in Castro Valley and after just 1 year of great customer service and good representation of the company, Martel was promoted to Resident Manager in 2009.

  Rachel, Resident Manager

Rachel is our newest manager. She has 2 years of management experience in the self storage industry, 4 years as a restaurant manager and 25 years in customer service.

 Mechele, Assistant Manager

Before becoming an assistant manager with Castro Valley Hayward Storage in May 2009, Mechele had already been in the self storage industry for over 3 years. She has also had over 15 years of customer service experience.

 Melissa, Assistant Manager

Melissa has been with Castro Valley Hayward Storage since February 2008, bringing over 9 years of receptionist experience.

  Eddie, Assistant Manager

Eddie joined Castro Valley Hayward Storage in October 2009 and brings over 9 years of customer service experience.  He has now been in the self storage industry for a year and a half.

  Issac, Assistant Manager

Isaac has been with Castro Valley Hayward Storage since September 2009, bringing 4+ years of self storage experience and spending over 10 years in the customer service field.

  Salvador, Maintenance

Sal joined Castro Valley Hayward Storage in September 2007.
